Beatbox is a New Wave song by Swedish band The Sounds. It was released as the second single from their third studio album Crossing The Rubicon. It was exclusively released as a download on iTunes. The music video for Beatbox was filmed by Marc Concha for Concha Films and has its premiere on November 23, 2009 on the band’s YouTube channel. It shows the band escaping from a tribe of Indians. The band consists of Maja Ivarsson (vocals) Felix Rodriguez (guitar), Johan Bengtsson (bass), Jesper Anderberg (keyboards) and Fredrik Nilsson (drums). Their most famous record is an instrumental version of "Emma" which was recorded in January 1963. The Sounds are still one of the most significant and influential Finnish instrumental rock bands.
